We are excited to introduce the next generation of the popular SR51 search and rescue flashlight. The side switch SR52 Intimidator offers multiple upgrades including a higher lumen output, more compact body, and micro-USB rechargeable integration.
The most notable upgrade of the SR52 is the conversion to micro-USB recharging capability through the flashlight body. Powered by three 18650s or six CR123As, this convenient feature allows cells to be recharged while remaining inside the flashlight. An LED indicator on the power adapter monitors charging levels and turns from red to green when batteries are fully charged. A second LED indicator on the side of the flashlight glows red when the batteries are low. Unlike the SR51, the SR52 is also engineered with battery cavities, eliminating the need for a battery carrier. Compact and powerful, the SR52 acts as a palm-sized searchlight at only 6.3 inches long.
The SR52 offers strobe and three brightness levels at 1200, 600 and 100 lumens while a single CREE XM-L2 LED throws an impressive 580m/1902ft beam. In the lowest brightness level, a fully charged SR52 provides up to 40 hours of light. The body is manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum that is covered with a Type III Mil-Spec hard-anodized finish to withstand aggressive wear and tear, and is waterproof up to two meters. A stainless steel bezel provides additional protection from drops and a lock-out function prevents accidental activation.
The SR52 is packaged with a holster, spare O-rings, USB power adapter and micro-USB cable.
